Aimed at established Senior Leaders who want to explore high-performance leadership thinking, skills and attributes. You will be curious, outward-facing and excited about collaborating with colleagues.
You will work with a cohort of like-minded senior leaders from across Tower Hamlets to deepen your knowledge of leadership, build your professional network and explore a variety of leadership models. The learning from this programme will support you in being an exceptional senior leader with an increasing impact in your own school and will also support those who aspire to Headship.
Each delegate will be allocated a Headteacher coach from another Tower Hamlets’ school who you will work with over the course of the Spring and Summer terms.
