Aimed at Headteachers & Senior Leaders
Over the past few years, we have seen an increase in the number and intensity of parental complaints. The impact of this on senior leaders’ time and energy is significant as well as emotionally challenging. In this half-day workshop, we will hear from two experienced external speakers. Steve Carter (HR Consultant) will share advice on ensuring we have the systems and processes to respond to parental complaints. Nikki Perfect will then bring her experience as a hostage and crisis negotiator with the Met Police to help us learn the skills and scripts to de-escalate conflict and find common ground.
